Did You Receive a Rejection Letter from Oct/Nov TENA Rebate?

Rebate started 10/03/10 & ended 11/30 or 11/31/10. Bought the correct TENA on 10/03/10 and submitted the rebate form. Got a rejection letter Friday stating I hadn't bought the TENA "during the rebate period" and telling me I had 10 days to resubmit "with the correct information", yet they didn't return my original sales receipt. The copy I made clearly shows the purchase was made on 10/03/10. First time I've ever done a TENA rebate and am NOT impressed with how they handle rebates. Resubmitting since the rebate is purchase price back ($11.99). Anyone else get a rejection letter?

I did the TENA rebate back in Aug-2010. I did buy the product within the specified date and got the check. No issues.

But when I did the SCHICK rebate, I got rejection letter saying that Incorrect information, I had the copy and resent, it worked.

If you have the copy of the receipt, you can give a call to the customer service; talk to them and mail it back.

Was paid on two Tena rebates this fall. You received typical rebate response. A phone call to processing company is the price of doing rebates.

I sent a $9.99 Tena rebate, offered at Walgreens, in Oct and didn't get any response whatsoever. I waited the 8 wks, then called in early Jan, and they gave me a resubmission address. I sent it again, waited a month like I was supposed to, and still no response. Called again, and this time they said that resubmission office actually closed in Jan and they don't have a new one. They claim they never received either submission and they have no current offers, so they are not reopening a resubmission office and can't do anything for me. Absolutely frustrating. I spoke with a supervisor who claimed this is a Walgreens offer, not a Tena offer (though a google search on the rebate phone # comes up with a Tena website, not Walgreens), so I should take it up with Walgreens. However she offered me the Tena Customer Care number and said maybe they will send me 10 $1 coupons to "help you out". This is unacceptable! The originally offer was $9.99 at Walgreens, and get $9.99 rebate check back, not a bunch of worthless courtesy coupons!!!
