For California, both Newegg & Dell have tax (like 9.75%) so waiting for Amazon is the way to go. I tried to pull the trigger at Newegg months ago when they had this phone plus a $100 headset for around $400 (then they pulled it of course right before checkout).

This deal is still better than ebay. The phone I really want is the Dell Streak which is only sold by Dell with tax of course. Just can't make up my mind yet!

Do you research? Seems you haven't heard about the best camera in a mobile phone? apart from several other items you mentioned already. (btw, GPS is truly free, unlike Google or anyone else).
