no analog -> digital upconversion = pain in the assets to use with anything other than hdmi
denon avr-590 is cheaper and has upconversion, avr-591 can be had for only $30 more Last edited by whirlybird720; 01-18-2011 at 01:02 PM.. Reason: fix model #'s |

I have this exact receiver and picked it up from Amazon for $300ish about 6 months ago. Very nice unit with clear sound and ample connectivity options. If you're on the fence, fall in!

I bought this on Amazon about 4 months ago and it is an amazing entry level system that sounds much more than it's price.
Movies and PS3 games sound amazing. |
