The Official LBP2 Thread

Game has gotten very little talk in the GL surprisingly. I barely even touched LBP1 so I think I may wait on LBP2. On the other hand, I'm kinda tempted to go to Best Buy today and get in on the B2G1 free deal (which includes GT5 collectors for $60...)

Put my ticket in on Goozex for it, but I know my backlog is far, far too expansive for me to buy any game at launch anymore. I just can't do it.

I just got LBP for my gf (who recently got her own ps3) and she's completely addicted to it. We're playing through it together and I've fell back in love with it myself, it's a million times better playing with another person. Anyway, I was going to get LBP2 at launch, but I guess I can hold off a bit. I just hope the CE is still around in a few months.

LBP2 looks like a huge leap from the first. The levels I've seen have absolutely blown my mind. I mean someone figured out how to make the PSN game Flower with the level/game creator, and that was just in the beta. Amazing stuff. Truly endless gameplay.

I've never played the first one but it always interested me. My brother should be having the CE coming from Amazon today. Since they have a $20 gc on the standard one going on I might just have to jump on it.

Your bro should contact amazon, some have been successful in getting a $20 credit for the CE too.

yeah I played LBP with my nose turned up thinking it would be boring but it toally surprised me and I don't even like platformers.

Definitely an enhanced experience when playing with up to 4 people too. Now if I could only sneak out of work early....

Damn you Amazon, not getting anymore copies in until Thursday. Looks like I'm heading out to Best Buy to pick up a copy at full price. Definitely not a slickdeal >.<

whoa GT5 CE plus LBP2 and another triple A title? I'd be tempted too.

If I go to the sony style store in ny I can get an autographed cover and exclusive dlc...must...resist..

It is a really good deal but I think I have to wait. I still have only put in like 5 min into Vanquish. I just got out of the training room sadly...

jeeze louise dude! I'm looking forward to your thoughts on that game. I thought it was quite good. Buy LBP2 when the price inevitably drops. Play Vanquish! haha
