What to do..fixing this guys laptop and found stuff...any legal actions I can take?

So long story short, I was fixing this guys laptop and to my surprise I found some really nasty stuff on there.
Not your average pron...it had freaky midget pron, and things I don't even know how to describe. I mean I think violating sheep is illegal, I'm not too sure.

So for now, I'm hiding out on the guy trying to decide what to do. If he tracks me down like I think he will, should I blackmail him? Or call the cops? It seems he hasn't called the cops yet because he knows how much nasty stuff is on there...can we say panty hose fetish..
