Tully’s Discovery Getaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Tully’s “Discovery Getaway Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”)” is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Brand Buzz, a division of Young & Rubicam, Tadpole, Inc. doing business as Tag New Media, Wildfire Interactive, Inc., Fieldstone Promotions, Inc., Mercury Promotions & Fulfillment, Inc. (“Mercury”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, “Sponsor & Others”) and other individuals and entities involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent or “step” of each) and those living in the same households of each of all of the aforementioned are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and elsewhere where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Mercury, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes starts 1/17/11 at 12:01:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 5/31/11 at 11:59:59 P.M, ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

A. Online Via Website: During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible entrant (“Entrant”) must logon to www.tullysworthdiscovering.com (“Website”) to register for the Sweepstakes. An Entrant may register by logging on to the Website and entering his/her valid email address and other requested information including, but not limited to, his/her first and last name, complete street address (a P.O. Box will not be accepted), date of birth and telephone number.
B. Online Via Kiosk at Sponsor’s Tour Events: At various times during the Sweepstakes Period, representatives of the Sponsor will be conducting tour events. At certain tour events, the Sponsor will provide a laptop “kiosk” and, using the laptop kiosk, Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes through the Website in the same manner as set forth in Section 2A above.
C. Online Via Facebook®: An Entrant may enter by logging on to Tully’s Facebook® Page, http://www.facebook.com/TullysCoffee, clicking on the “Sweeps” tab, and then clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” button. An Entrant may register by entering his/her valid email address and other requested information including, but not limited to, his/her first and last name, complete street address (a P.O. Box will not be accepted), date of birth and telephone number.

By registering, the Entrant will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per individual regardless of email address used throughout the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry. In case of a dispute as to the identity of an online Entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
3. RANDOM DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about 6/6/11, Mercury, the independent agency administering this Sweepstakes, will conduct a random drawing from among the eligible Entrants. Mercury will select the name of one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and the names ten (10) potential First Prize Winners from among all of the eligible entries. The potential Grand Prize Winner and potential First Prize Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about 6/10/11. Odds of winning a Grand Prize or First Prize depend on the total number of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for two (2), the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (“Guest”), to a discovery weekend getaway dinner event consisting of a fully catered and prepared “farm to table” dining experience in a city pre-selected by Sponsor (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Winner will be allowed to select any one dinner event date/city (the “Selected Dinner Event/City”) from among the Sponsor designated cities provided that the Grand Prize Winner must take and complete the Grand Prize Trip sometime between June 30, 2011 – October 31, 2011. The Grand Prize Trip will include: dinner reservation/tour at a farm to table dining experience event for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest, roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Selected City, three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) with the hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, round-trip ground transportation transfers between the airport and the hotel. If a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, cannot travel on the dates selected by Sponsor, or he/she refuses to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release, then the Sponsor in its discretion may instruct Mercury to randomly select a new Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants or may cancel the Grand Prize Trip. The Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and will be required to sign a Liability & Publicity Release also. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Travel is subject to availability and must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to another randomly-selected Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants, if time allows. Some restrictions may apply. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservation to another date after reservation has been made. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $2,500. Actual value depends on date/time/point of departure/destination; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for any other expenses not listed in these Official Rules. First Prizes (10): Ten (10) First Prize Winners will each receive a Keurig® Special Edition Single Cup B60 K-Cup® Brewer, including a Variety Pack of 22 K-Cup® portion packs (ARV: $139.95 each First Prize. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $1,399.50). The total ARV of the Grand Prize and First Prizes is USD $3,899.50.
