Why do you always have to get the bundle to get these special prices? I have no interest in a BluRay player or 3D glasses/movies - any way I can get the TV by itself cheaper?

The best I could get was at HHGregg for 2575 with a builders discount.

I was able to get the PN63C8000 with the 3d kit and bluray player locally for $2,429 from a retailer PC Richards. I did have to pay for delivery and tax, so my total was $2609. I orginally tried to get this $2,399 deal at US Appliance but they ran out of stock. Now that I have the 8000 I'm glad I waited bit. If you don't have the set in a crazy bright room the 7000 will give you the exact same picture.
