Sent game to Amazon Trade-In, Rejected for Being "Cracked"!!!
So I sent in my copy of Black Ops (360) about a week or so ago when Amazon was offering $38.50 in trade-in credit. The game was in absolutely perfect, like-new condition. Just a couple days ago, however, my trade-in status was updated saying that the game was rejected with the Reason being "Damaged - Cracked"! Has anyone ever had this happen? I suppose it's possible that it could have been damaged during shipment, but I ship games all the time and this has never happened to me before. What am I supposed to do if a game I sent them in perfect condition comes back ruined??
