Prize: (1 winner) Weekend getaway to a U.S. destination of Winner’s choice. The Prize is limited to a maximum of $2,000 and must be to a destination within the 48 contiguous United States. The Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one guest between a major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence and a major airport in a U.S. metropolitan area selected by Winner; hotel accommodations for 2-nights (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax); transfers to/from the arrival airport and hotel; and a $200 JCPenney gift card for Winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,200

Trip subject to availability, must be booked 60 days prior to travel, certain blackout dates and additional travel restrictions (as specified by airline, departure city/state/airport and destination/country) apply. No cancellation of reservation to another date after reservation has been made. Winner and guest must travel together and use the same itinerary. Trip must be taken by 12/31/11. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents, including but not limited to any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The actual value of the Prize will vary based upon points of departure and destination, seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares, and other considerations. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Winner will be responsible for all air/ground transportation and hotel expenses exceeding $2,000. All expenses not specifically mentioned are not included and are solely each Winner’s responsibility, including, without limitation: transportation to and from the departure airport; hotel incidentals, gratuities, and tips; and travel insurance. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates, and Sponsor’s approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the proximity of Winner’s residence to the selected destination, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor shall determine the airline and flight itinerary, including the departure and arrival airports, in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted, except that a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace lost, mutilated, or stolen airline tickets, travel vouchers, certificates, or other Prize elements. Prize elements may not be separated or combined. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Winner or Guest must provide the hotel with a valid credit card for incidentals (including mini-bar and pay-per-view television) and/or damages to the hotel room. Gift Card is subject to JCPenney’s standard policies, terms, and provisions regarding the use and redemption of gift cards. Grand Prize winner’s guest must be at least 18 years of age or older or accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian and either the guest who is over the age of 21 or his/her parent or guardian must sign a travel/liability release prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to comply with this request may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If winner is a minor in their state, the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian.
