Just got off the phone with 1 of my Home Depot's. They had a few of one of them in stock but it was only marked down to $30 from $50. Guess I'll call the others tmw. NE1 know if 1 HD will one another HD's sale/clearance price?

When I called I asked what price are any selling for,not if it is on sale or is 1cent. I also just asked if they have any raised garden beds in stock(not specifying any type). That's not breaking the no phone call rules. I know that deal

I know most of the guys their and the one I spoke to likes me for some reason.He gives me 75% of plants or free stuff they r gonna trash for no reason. I don't have to wake up early in the Spring on Sunday's for sale plants cause he and sme of the others will hold them on the side for me,lol. Don't worry, they won't talk,I promise. Not mentioning this stuff to put me on a pedestal or nething but need to say so u all understand that calling the store this time was actually safe to do so to speak.

Now I just have to work a little more on the Lowe's guy's.

I know nothing about gardening so here is my stupid question. Can i put this on top of concrete and then just fill with soil and begin to plant?

I would not suggest doing this, at all. Concrete can cause your roots to become either too hot or too cold depending on temp effectively killing your plants or stunting crop growth.

The worst part is this genius lives in my town. If they see something ringing up for a penny, they realize someone forgot to remove it. They aren't supposed to sell it. The idea is to get it to the register and let them discover it then, or better yet self checkout and hit the pavement.
Just cause the HD guy is nice to you doesn't mean you should ruin for everyone else on the friggin Island.
