Review on "ioffer.com"

I've used Ioffer quite a few times without incident. And have bought some pricey stuff. Most of the vendors are really good because they really value not having to pay all the fees EBay charges so they make more of a profit from their sales.

My only gripe is that there are TONS of counterfeit goods on Ioffer, so be careful.

And most of the vendors are in China. I had a wallet that I o ordered take two months to get to me because it was delayed in customs. But the vendor was very accommodating and sent me a gift soon after to apologize for the delay. (the gift made it in 7 business days... Lol)

So IOffer is great, you can find awesome deals, but it isn't for someone new to online auctions, that's what EBay is for these days.

Paypal is great about refunds regardless of the vendor. So you feel confident I would read up on the Paypal website about buyer disputes.

I had an incident where I wanted a refund for an online storage site that kept billing me like $15 or something after I canceled it. I filed a complaint through Paypal and within a few days I had a refund and my prior months were refunded too.

Paypal takes no prisoners... They usually seem to side with the consumer.
