Grand Prize: (1 winner) Guitar signed by Lady Antebellum; two tickets to the Academy of Country Music Awards show on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV. Grand Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest identified above from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner’s home to Las Vegas, NV, 3-nights hotel accommodations for two at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, breakfast for two on April 9, 2011 through April 11, 2011, two tickets to the Dr Pepper Welcome Reception featuring country music star Lady Antebellum on Saturday, April 9, 2011, two ACMA Telecast tickets and ACM Post Show All Star Jam tickets hosted by the Academy on Sunday, April 10, 2011, (ARV $4,410). Any expense or item not specifically listed is the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Should a prize become unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value or cash substitute. Exact value may vary depending upon point of departure. Winner and guest must travel together and must be able to travel on dates designated by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Guest must travel together with Winner on same itinerary, and shall be required (or, if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian shall be required) to sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to issuance of travel documents. Minors traveling with Winner must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor and shall be subject to availability, black out dates and other restrictions. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid U.S. passports and any other required travel documents or requirements, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize.
