Physicians Formula Mineral Talc Free Primers Rebate

I submitted this rebate that expired in 11/30/2010. I got a rejection stating invalid UPC.

Does anyone have the UPC for this product as I do not have the product anymore (at least the packaging).

I have searched the net in the hopes to find it, but no luck

I was just coming to see if anyone had the same problem. I imagine everyone is going to as I called them this morning, my rebate was also denied stating invalid UPC.

The representative said that the UPC I entered (04386073265) wasn't on their list. She listed 2 or 3 other ones I didn't get the chance to write down. I mentioned that the TRY ME FREE sticker was on this package and it stated "any specially marked PF Mineral Wear Talc Free Correcting Primer". She thought the store put it on the wrong package and was surprised when I mentioned they were on all of them!

She told me she'd send it over to PF and I would hear in 3-5 weeks.

I bought NUDE 7326.

My guess is someone didn't enter this UPC in as there are 3 different Mineral Wear products with a TMF. Hopefully it'll be resolved and no one else has this problem!

I dont recall as I cannot find the packaging anymore or the product (kid may have taken it!!)

What number did you call?

I also received the dreaded denial postcard because of invalid UPC. I also purchased 044386073265, nude. I just got off the phone with them and they said that the manufacturer has corrected that and that the check should issue in 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, the on-line information will continue to say that it is invalid. I found it odd that they are in the process of correcting it but leave the submission marked as invalid on-line.

I called the number listed on the card. Sorry I was going to reply earlier but was too lazy to go find the card! I hope you were able to call!

I just checked my cmspromocheck and there are 3 listings for Mineral Wear. One that was denied and two that say qualified, one from 2/8 and one from 2/9. Maybe I will get two checks!

So to the previous poster, it may have been fixed on the website! Worth a check

Same thing, got 2 cards (2 different addresses) both said invalid UPC. called them and whadda you know, it is a valid UPC and they are processing the refund.

I'm glad that this issue was resolved. I read this and just realized that this thread is discussing the old rebate from 2010. I have been having some problems with the new one for this year concerning the Talc Free Mineral Correcting Primer. I have yet to find the product with or without the peelies. My stores tend to be very late in getting new products. I may be able to find the product eventually but usually there are no peelies attached.(No stickiness so it's not that someone is taking them.) If I do find the primer when looking today, would anyone have an extra peelie? I have some extra eye booster ones as I bought some when they were on sale which did have the peelies and I don't need them all. The jumbo mascara is finally available but without peelies. I could use one peelie for that deal for my mother. If anyone needs the booster peelie and would like to trade that would be great!!

Wow, yesterday I actually found some Jumbo mascara with peelie, so I won't be needing that. I did find the correcting primer but no peelies on it! So I am still hoping someone will have some to trade or share. I will be buying some next week with the good EB offers but I will be needing peelies. TIA

just got the invalid upc postcard for the Jumbo mascara, and I know darn well its exactly what was needed - do they just do this to see who doesn't bother resubmitting?

No, this company is actually very quick to process rebates. I just got one today that I sent in less than 3 weeks ago.

those of you who got their PF rebate checks, can anyone tell me plz when does the check expire after the issue date. m leaving for a vacation and need to figure if i should send the rebates now or after i come back. any help would be appreciated.

I just got my last check from them yesterday, and it's dated 4/21/11. It states "void after 180 days" under the date.
