I scored one of these a few days ago for $37.50 before additional 5% off. I was told that these are shelf models as the newer versions are coming out.

You would get the ink cartridges, if it's floor model then they might not be full, but if you are lucky and score a boxed one you will get full ink cartridges.

Since it's a wireless version you may not need a USB cord, but it doesn't come with the printer.

That comes with the printer.

Does anyone know if the ink cartridges have chips and can they be reset/refilled? Thanks.

all the recent customer reviews of this one on amazon have been pretty bad. shame cause the price is really good.

After doing some research, looks like refill kits are readily available for this printer and as far as I can tell the cartridges have no chips to reset.

The reviews are definitely a mixed bag. A lot of the one star reviews are because of excessive ink usage, a common complaint about most printers. The other most common complaint about this printer is the setup.
Staples has a 14 day return policy if you decide you don’t like the printer.

My father-in-law has a broken 6310 and is looking for a cheap AIO printer. I looked up my current one on Amazon and it has 3 stars out of 100+ reviews. But guess what? After my 3 year old beating up on it for a year and a half and owning it prior for a couple years before that it still works fine, even with a missing paper tray. People are idiots and people and technology don't work well together unless your a genius like me (Office System Analyst) and even then i still have trouble with printers and think they are the work of the devil. You add Joe schmoe from off the street and you get 1 star reviews because he doesn't know how to use the printer. You have to weed the reviews out and spend an hour or two over the course of a week to purchase a piece of technology, especially a printer.

To stay on topic, that printer is probably fine, it looks like it's the ink they want to "get" you on.
