2005 Accord Vs 2011 Nissan Sentra 2.0S
Hello,I'm posting here since you all provide better solution than any blogs. I'm looking to buy a car. I have got 2 cars in mind. 1) Honda Accord 2005 EX model with 58000 miles in it for $11500. Car condition is good. 2) New Nissan Sentra 2.0 S model with $13500 (out the door) excluding sales tax. My plan is to have the car for the next 2 years and sell it since i might be relocating to different country. Please suggest me which one to buy??? Which one will have less loss if i sell it? Help me! Thanks in advance for your suggestions! |

That is an incredible price on the Sentra, go for that one for sure, if you can get it. Alternatively, if that falls through, consider a 24 month lease deal. With any used car, you have to budget in unexpected repairs, tires, etc. Leasing a brand new Accord, for example, means that you pay like $2,000 down, another $200 per month ($4,800) total, and you don't have to worry about any repairs because you have a warranty. Tires will last two years, and you also don't have to pony up $15,000 right now, which you would with a used car. This seems to me one of the few times that a lease is a better idea.
Example: http://www.teamhonda.c Or, take over someone else's lease. There are lease trading websites like swapalease or leasetrader, although most of these are people that realized that they can't afford a $700+ lease on a luxury car. |
