Try dollar tree for candles - I've bought quite a few there. I looked a couple of weeks ago at Target to buy a pretty candle for a birthday - holy batman!! I couldn't believe how expensive scented candles are!

I live 8 miles from the TN state line and have to watch it all the time.

I shop in both TN and AL. I can't use rebates only good in TN, regardless if I bought the item in TN or not. I can't use TN receipts for an AL rebate (that does not include TN) either.

MsA is the Rebate Queen!!! That is soooo sweet of you to do all those rebates for friends/family I'm sure they all greatly appreciate it but still think they need to set up some kind of postage donation for ya. Even if each person gave you $1 of their $15 rebate that would be a BIG help.

Hmmm what if you were on vacation in FL when you did your shopping for the qualifying rebate items Just sayin cuz it's not in the terms of this P&G rebate that items have to be purchased in your "home" state

You are not alone Bean...I too received a decline letter from them. Something about how I failed to submit receipts. Yet magically in their decline envelope are copies of my receipts Called customer service and rep informed me that we are not alone...they've been slammed with calls. Seems there was some kind of mess on their end so rep informed me that unless I hear back, I should expect my rebate to be "in the mail".

MsA you may want to give a HU to those you did rebates for so they know to just call if they get a decline letter.

I was wondering what you all did with all the other q's in this book? I bought 10 books during the last promo and live 2 hours away from the city where the other coupons are valid (Gainesville/Alachua FL). I tried craigslist but got no response.

Any other ideas?

Seriously though...I have 50 south FL books, with no plans to visit south FL any time soon. If any SD'er wants some, please please please feel free to let me know and I'll stuff as many as I can into a flat rate priority mailer and ship then to you for free. I have at least 5 of every city that has the June 13 expiration dates on the WD q's (WD q's NOT included in the RAOK!).

Wrapping paper, that's a good one. I know there is a q for a free Little Ceasers pizza in each of my books. Valid for Gville FL stores. I'd do the same deal for anyone that wants my Gville books. Minus the WD q's of course

I try to keep things simple and do 99% of my shopping at Publix - rarely bother with WM, Kroger, or even Target anymore. So what to do when you have to buy something that Publix doesn't carry... apparently now I can't even buy DIRT without trying to make it a slickdeal!

I have several $1/1 Miracle-Gro MQ's [exacttarget.com], and a $10/30 Ace Hardware mailer, but my Ace says I can't combine their current Miracle-Gro rebate deal with MQ's .

Lowes has Miracle Gro cheaper than Home Depot and WM, and they'll take the Ace Hardware as a competitor coupon, so Lowe's it is - which means now I want to first get a Lowes GC from Publix. Which means I can't do anything in the garden until I do my Publix shopping first!

All this for dirt...

All we have here is Lowe's ...no Home Depot, no Ace, so stopped at buying Lowe's gcs at Publix and using a Lowe's 10% off from a kind SD'er. Kudos to you on squirreling out more!
