Thread Details

The PUBLIX thread is IMHO the best grocery store thread around heart
Here's a little chat area for us all to share info, recipes, rant's, raves and whatever else we want without clogging up the regular weekly deals thread for PUBLIX. If we want to share super deals we find in other stores or whatnot that's ok too heart

I think we all are such a great family that it's a good to have our own special place Grouphug

You can post basically anything you like in here but let's keep deals info in the actual PUBLIX thread. All are welcome and basically no major rules except be kind and courteous of other's and treat each other with respect. Other than that let's all have some fun! Also you don't have to shop at PUBLIX to share in the chat or whatnot... we like everyone.

In 6 stores that are near me, they are next to the weekly flyer, they are pink in color. they are mentioned in this weeks flyer too, that they are in front of the store.

Very easy to make it to 50....just saying Wink
one thing to help bring your order up
Barilla pasta sauce 2.29*6=13.74
Barilla pasta 1.19*3=3.57
Total$17.71
Barilla MQ 9/29SS 1/2.*6=6
Barilla PQ Printable, or 9/23 or in store flyer 1.5/2*6=9
total $15.00
$2.71 for 6 sauces and 6 pastas!
Guac brings it up to 2.99 if you can stand eating it
Jello pudding another .99
so that is $21. alone with a OOP of 2.69
If you didnt use your campbells PQs and MQs too that will help bring it up
thank you for posting!
But I knew it was too good to be true when I got to my closest P and these items were still on the shelf.
the pasta was 1.49 and the sauce was 2.89.
I picked up couple anyway as I needed pasta.

For anyone who bought the Dannon Danimals Crunchers or Smoothies when they were BOGO this past week - - -

I just realized that my child's school is working on a project to try and help another school (in a not so great neighborhood a few hours South of Atlanta) get points so they can get a new playground (or something like that). My understanding is that the packaging has a code or something like that that you enter online. I tried to buy them the other day and the store was out so I had to get a RC so I can't tell you where to look for it, but they say it is easy to spot.

If you have no use for the code, I would appreciate you PM'ing me your code so we can get it entered and put it to use.

Thanks so much!

JD

Has anyone here seen anymore go go squeez coupons out there? I have two rainchecks about to expire and would like to find some coupons to go with them. Even the 10/1 expired ones would work.

Pretty tired this morning.

Did get two $50 something orders in yesterday, wound up with one being .33 OOP (I panicked and actually added two things at the end realizing I'd be negative woops) and then $1.25 OOP. That SB coupon is really nice nod. I'm happy to try out the Barilla sauce, I don't remember getting it before, seems like I usually wind up with bertolli, prego or classico.

He asked the guy if that had happened before the guy responded all of the time....but i have to be honest you are the first guy i have paid to shop here....LOL

Bribe your dad with more pudding!! laugh out loud

DS has to be at his game today at 5pm. He has to be at testing from 3pm - 4pm. So that means I have one hour to drop him off, shop, get the fresh stuff home, pick him up and get him 15 miles away to the ballpark. For you Florida peeps with a Publix on corner, this may be doable, but in traffic hell Atlanta, I will be lucky if I make it. I am going to be a "peep on a mission" at Publix today. That means no chatting with anyone (ALWAYS an issue for me - neighbors, friends, baseball peeps, employees, managers, etc - They ALL want to chat every time I go!). Plus the penny item is coffee today. Cha ching!

Reps are back...for now. Stick Out Tongue I owe loads of gratitude to everyone that got me where I am! Read the *NEW* CVS FAQ and post your questions there. Let's keep the deal threads deal-related, please.
Would it kill you to read the wiki? Or to read the thread? All the experts got to where they are by reading...you can too.

Jell-O non-refrigerated 4 pk (near the dry mixes). Free with TQ (that expires on Saturday). Called Handi-Snacks and now has a tiny Jell-O logo above the Handi-Snack logo.

Jell-O ready-to-eat snack 4 or 6pk. $1 off x100612 It came out 9/2/12, so I've been picking up one pkg every time I'm shopping.

ETA: I wish you were close, as you could have my stash. Just found out the niece doesn't want the pudding and the dates won't hold thru can-a-thon.

Definitely a few people recently have noticed it here because the stock at certain stores is low! They also have blue raspberry and strawberry jello flavors in actual jell-O as handisnacks in case they like that over pudding.

I'm certain they would have given me the money, a few times in the past when I've done it I've let them since it's usually not much. However this time DD had been eyeing some clearance stuff so I had her run and get what she wanted! My total was negative, but after tax it went up to .33 then. Usually I'm pretty good with estimating things, I should have just used a calculator already!

The dates on mine are nov 2013 and jan 2014. Are you sure the dates are short? I have been getting a pack also every time I shop. Now I need to get my little one to take the pudding to school and actually eat it. It seems that a lunch lady yelled at him about his fruit cup so he won't ask for help opening them. They come home every day.Mad
