These are Walgreen's coded coupons that don't expire until 12/31/2011 - which means you can use them more than once and combine them with a manufacturer coupon to sweeten the deal.

Where can I find this Booklet?

It's been reported that this booklet was delivered to some stores in February. Some have them behind the pharmacy, some behind the cosmetic counter, some in pamphlet holders in the baby aisle, and even more have them still in boxes in the manager's office. If you can't find it ask around!

Do I need the booklet in order to use the coupons?

Your mileage will vary, but No it is not necessary to have the coupon when you checkout. If you have a capable cashier who knows that they can enter codes instead of scanning then you can just tell them the code. There is a rumor that managers have told cashiers to scan all coupons.

Do I get to keep the coupon?

YES, Do not let the cashier tell you otherwise. Walgreens-coded coupons *DO NOT* affect the register totals at the end of the day. Learn more about coupon codes in that thread.
