I had one of these and it worked well but broke the second time I used it. The part underneath that latches into the base with the "cogs" to make the blades spin was made of RUBBER. The rubber tore and they said they would send me a new piece but I had to cover shipping.

I didn't bother, I figured it would keep happening, why they would make it out of rubber is insane and it would keep happening, plus it was brand new and they expected me to cover shipping on the part.
