The Southlake Nissan “iPod Nano with Multi Touch (8GB)*” sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age.

If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one online entry, all entries from the entrant will be discarded.
Limit one entry per person per during the Promotion Period.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will each receive a prize consisting of:
One (1) iPod Nano with Multi Touch (8GB)*. The estimated total retail value of this drawing is $149.00.

Drawing: The Prize Winner(s) will be chosen at random from among all of the Eligible Entries received. Southlake Nissan will conduct a drawing on March 17, 2011. A representative of Southlake Nissan will contact a potential Prize Winner by email. Southlake Nissan will make no more than two (2) attempts to email the potential winner over a forty-eight (48) hour period. Upon notification, the potential winner must confirm identity and eligibility, by signing and returning via facsimile an affidavit of eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact. If any potential winner(s) is unreachable, or if there is no response from any potential winner(s), an alternate winner may be chosen at Southlake Nissan’s sole discretion. If an alternate winner is chosen, he/she will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of Eligible Entries received.
