Self-Service Beverage Study

We are seeking students, who are in grades 9th, 10th and 11th, and Male and Females, ages 18-25, to participate in a group discussion about self-service beverages. This group interview will be a total of 2 hours and will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at various times. If you qualify to participate in this group discussion, you will receive $85 for your participation.

If yes, what type of restaurant? i.e. fast food, fast casual, full-service sit down, etc.
Did you order from the drive thru, order inside the restaurant and ate inside or order inside the restaurant, but took your order to go?
In the past 6 weeks, have you personally order a self-service beverage from inside a restaurant? (i.e. you paid for the beverage and personally filled up at a fountain machine versus an employee preparing it for you)
If yes, what type of fountain machine did you use?
a. Fountain machine that offers 6-10 regular/low-calorie beverage brands
b. Fountain machine that offers over 100 regular/low-calorie beverage brands.
