Received a check 04/14 today. I don't show receiving the 2 ea $1 checks requested in February, but do show requesting a $2 check at the end of March.

seeing all of these checks dated from April arriving in July is worrisome. Don't most banks have a check cancellantion policy of 90 days? I am going to be pretty mad if my checks show up and they are expired!

My bank honors checks for 6 months. Read this on a forum: It depends on the issuing bank's policy. Some banks honor checks for 12 months, but the standard is 6 months unless specifically noted. You can contact the issuing bank and ask, but no, they will not be good forever. Also "my bank" is Bank of America and they lie about pretty much everything

That's a good question, hon, I don't know...I haven't seen a check from them in a loonggggggggg time! Maybe someone who has recieved one recently can shed some light on that

The check I received said "void after 180" days i think. I don't remember the wording exactly but I know it's 180 days rather than 90. Thankfully.

Check arrived for me today dated 4/21, also says "void after 180 days" ... now to get the other one they owe me.

As the other two people above me posted, I just got two checks in todays mail, and those checks stated "void after 180 days". Both checks were dated 4/21.

I am still waiting on payments from over two months ago. I was not kidding when I said that most likely I will see them arrive in time for Christmas.
