Has anyone ever used The partsbiz.com site?

Has anyone ever used The partsbiz.com site? Link [thepartsbiz.com] They have the Bissell Little Green ProHeat Compact Carpet and Rug Cleaner for $44.00 plus shipping which was about $11. Dont know if I should chance it? I think its a refurb.

Hmmmm, I just tried emailing them at the contact address listed on the web site first by clicking on the link, and the link doesn't work, and then I tried sending the email directly to Questions@ThePartsBiz.com and guess what? That doesn't work either. Plus, they state the reason why they don't have a phone number is so the can keep prices low BUT you can use the live chat link instead. But guess what? They don't answer that either but they instead make you fill out a questionnaire and they say they'll get back to you.
Don't think they're legit. Or if they are they 're not easy to get a hold of.
