I contacted them because I get awful service, said I was going to cancel and was denied. They spit in my face also , they even quoted that id have to pay a $240 cancellation fee to go to verizon.

coverage challenges inside their home. While the product is now available to
customers nationwide, we are conducting very limited trials on the most
effective way to introduce this product to customers for whom it was designed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a free MicroCell at this time.
You can purchase a MicroCell at a company owned and operated store location for
$199.99. You may also be eligible for a $100.00 mail-in rebate if you add the
$19.99 unlimited domestic voice feature. This mail-in rebate offer is for a
limited time only. You can find your nearest company store at the following
o New Activations or Upgrades - An instant rebate will be applied on any new
account activation or upgrade with a $39.99 or higher rate plan Monthly
Recurring Charge and the 3G MicroCell with an Unlimited MicroCell Calling
The following is required to purchase an AT&T 3G MicroCell:
o AT&T 3G device (2G devices are not compatible).
o AT&T postpaid wireless service of $29.99 or higher ($39.99 postpaid MRC is
required if the customer requests the $19.99 unlimited calling feature).
o Broadband service: DSL, U-verse or cable.
Note: Downstream speed of 1.5Mbps and upstream speed of 256Kbps are recommended
for best performance (satellite broadband is not compatible).
o The AT&T 3G MicroCell must be located within available markets to ensure
the device will be operated in a licensed AT&T wireless and E911 footprint
supported by 3G MicroCell infrastructure.
o Customers will not be able to purchase an AT&T 3G MicroCell for use outside
the select available markets (check att.com/3gmicrocell for availability).

understand the urgency of resolving this quickly for you and I will be happy to

After reviewing your account, I show that your line ending in xxxx is under
commitment until 07/01/2012 with a current early termination fee of $245.00.
This fee will decline by $10.00 for each month of the contract that is
satisfied. For future reference, you can also view your contract details from
your myWireless account by going to the My Profile section under My Account on
the orange bar at the top of the page. If you have multiple phones on your
account, select the appropriate user or phone number from the user selection
window to view the User Information.
If you have a need to remove a line from your account, there are a few other
options you have. If someone else may be interested in taking over that line,
you can go to the web address http://www.att.com/transferservice to authorize
someone to transfer a line or multiple lines to their own AT&T account under
their own name. The contract and phone number would go with them, so there would
be no fee for you.
