Here are some reviews comparing the two. Tone is subjective, so I'd read what everyone has to say and go with what the amp that has the features that you want. Tried finding more on the Micro Spider, but this was just a quick rundown. After reading the reviews and doing some more research the fender mustang I for $99 seems ro be a much better deal.

Good choice on the Mustang I. I picked one up last week and can't stop screwing around with it. Great tones and the included FUSE software (which allows you to download a limitless number of presets created by others) is worth a C-note by itself.

Seems like a deal to me. Street price is about $350 everywhere and reviews run from very good to exceptional.
