Recommend a good lightweight notebook with a 13 to 14 inch screen and good specs

I already have a SSD and Windows 7 Copy.which I plan to use on the new laptop

So can someone recommend a good notebook with nice touchpad, light weight , good audio quality and pretty decent screen and comes in 13 to 14 inch screen size. In short I am looking at the closest thing to a MacBook Air in the PC world.

Things I care about

1) Good speakers(If my current MSI laptop is any indication, it rules out MSI etc I think).
2) Core i3 or similar. Coupled with SSD, this needs to be a good fast machine to browse, video chat and play movies
3) Light weight (doesn't neeed to be ultraportable or anything, but light enoiugh to walk around the house holding it with one hand)
4) Good touchpad (rules out all of the Asus UL series)
5) Built in bluetooth, nice webcam and gigabit network
6) Nice screen. Need not be IPS, but shd be bright
7) HDMI out
8) Built in Video is good as long as it can play movies and suppport video chat. Slightly better video card is welcome

Don't care about Bluray, multi gesture support etc
