The product was okay. I mean there were some people who really lsot alot of weight but then again they were working out at least 3 days a week with a personal trainer and eating a strict diet. I personally was working with the provided personal trainer 6 days a week! On top of that, I was going to my own gym 5 days a week and walking to get there and back. I was a bit obsessive about it. lol

I only lost about 8lbs bc I didn't have that much to lose to begin with. What I needed was to tone. Once the trainer realized the machine wasn't doing it for me, she moved me more into weight training and that was where my body really changed. So for me, the machine didn't do anything that I wasn't getting from the walking and gym classes I was taking. The dietary changes were huge lbs lost for me.

My bf on the other hand lost 18 lbs and tons of inches and looked like a new person. The machine did wonders for him and the tohers who weren't already into a cardio program.

Honestly, they really shouldn't ahve chosen me, but I was part of a "cute and attractive" couple so they wanted the "package deal" from us.
