OPINION PLEASE... www.appliancepartpros.com versus www.appliancezone.com

I will never do business again with appliancezone.com. After sending us two identical dryer parts it was a fight to get them to accept a return on the duplicate. They finally did (and I had to pay return shipping), but then they only refunded us $1 on a $75 part. When we filed a claim with our credit card company, they replied that they never received the part. Then why refund us the $1?? Of course I had FedEx confirmation that it was delivered so I eventually got my refund through my CC company.

But it goes without saying that I will never do business nor support that company ever again and encourage anyone else to look elsewhere. Take a look at the negative reviews on resellerratings.com I'm not their only dissatisfied customer.
