Phillips rebate tracking question
I just checked my Phillips-Sonicare rebate on there website. We mailed it over a month and a half ago. Nothing shows up when I do a search. Is this normal for them? Or should I call to find out whats going on?

When I checked mine online, I could only see it when I entered my first/last name and zip code but no phone #. I didn't check until 7 weeks after I mailed it, and I got it after 9 weeks.

I check mine,it said they have not received any rebate or offer forms. I think I need to call them soon because I sent my Nov. 27 2010. |

Guess I need to call, does anyone have the #? I looked through the thread at the top but I don't know which one they use.

![]() I have the box right here, with a square cut out of the bottom where the UPC was. Ridiculous. Of course I cannot mail the real UPC as I already mailed it and no longer have it! However, I called Amazon and after I told them about the postcard I received they happily refunded $50 to my credit card! LOVE Amazon...

Phillips rebate delays
Just talked with them again, If anyone else is missing a rebate from Phillips this could be why.Sam: I've checked and found that, we recently experienced issues with our payment processing center which has resulted in a delay to rebate issuance. The issue is being worked on and we expect rebate payments to be mailed beginning May 9, 2011 for expected delivery May 13, 2011 through May 19, 2011 |

Philips is dropping the ball on this. I purchased the Essence HX5351 for Christmas. I mailed in all the required things ( original store receipt, bar code and the filled out rebate form) 8 weeks ago.
When I checked the website to see if it was processed it said no rebate information was received from me. I guess this is the standard answer. I called Sonicare and I was told to wait another two weeks to make it 10 weeks and if I still did not receive the rebate to call back. It is a game and if you don't force the issue you don't get the rebate. Very sad. |

Finally, after calling Philips three times twelve weeks later I got the rebate. A lot of hassle for $10.00

Philips sucks. I guess they don't realize how bad this looks for them as a company and how it will come back to them in the future when their electronic breaks and you decide against supporting them again because of their shitty rebate practices. I looked at the website to see if my toothbrush showed up, it does not. The humorous thing is a rebate shows up from years ago that I barely remember mailing that states "We did not receive an original UPC symbol or proof-of-purchase with your request" Ridiculous, I must have forgotten about it.
