I have this keyboard, here are some pros/cons:
Cons:
- Alphanumeric keys are smaller than standard keyboard in order to keep the size down with all the macro keys.
- Macro keys are too close to the left hand side of the keyboard, I regularly screw up trying to press escape and it's a bit strange placing your little finger in the standard WASD configuration.

Pros:
- Backlight is good, I like being able to change the hue.
- Built in usb + headphone/mic ports have proved surprisingly useful.

I spend 90% of my time on a laptop so maybe I'm not the ideal person to comment. After a day of gaming I got used to it, however I would obviously prefer full size keys.

They usually come in a brown cardboard box (occasionally original retail packaging). All the hardware stuff that comes with a product is included, manuals/installation CD are iffy. I usually ignore the installation CDs anyway since the included drivers are usually out of date.

Hardware is pristine. I've never had a problem with their dented box stuff.
