Thanks for the info. That is kinda what I was thinking.. I personally have never had a coupon coded 00 auto at any store for me.. I can't recall ever having a bogo coupon auto at publix here no matter how it is coded..

My store at Blanding and Kingsley took both coupons no problem. Everyone is great there, I love that Publix. There is 1 or 2 cashiers that give me a problem but overall the store is very coupon friendly. People of mention, are Doris, Gabe, and Jordan. I always ask the cashier up front if they prefer the coupons before, as the items are scanned, or at the end.

I called all the stores in Nashville and surrounding areas so I could get a list of the competitor's q's each store accepts for my shopping trips. I made an Excel spreadsheet and attached a PDF of it below. I also noted the date it was last updated so if anyone finds any changes (or if I do), I'll update it and repost.

I sent you a name of a Publix peep in Charleston who may be able to help your neice. Any one on this thread can help her, but this peep may be able to give her "coupon friendly" stores in the Charleston area. My in-laws live there but they would be NO HELP when it comes to coupons!! Trust me!!

Dr Oz is focusing on recycle bank tomorrow. Apparently you can get 50 extra points so be sure and DVR or watch.

Publix has changed something on their site that make it really hard (at least for me) to get to the non-Flash version of the ad. So here's the link I figured out that let's you into the regular version:

There are Save $1 on any two jars of classico pasta sauces hang tags at Winn Dixie on their wine bottles. No wine purchase required. It's good for people like me who's printer is out and don't have the $1 off 1

Hilarious night at church. We have a recycle box for newspapers, and of course I was pulling out the coupon inserts! Another member came up and asked if I was getting all the coupons - she looks for them too. We discussed dumpster diving through a recycling cart that is near her work. DD says I am going "insane like those people on the extreme coupon show!"

I did happen to find the inserts with the $3 Gain, the $3 Purex and two of the $5 off $30 coupons in the recycle box!

A few coupon matchups for current ad found in the "Kelloggs save $5 on breakfast" coupon packs located in specially marked boxes of cereal/nutrigrain bars.

1. Pack #2 has $1/1 Crunchy Nut cereal which is Bogo

Over the course of the last few months, we have MANY new faces on the Publix Thread. That is a great thing as we always welcome new peeps to our thread!

I have received many questions about “Reps”. What is a rep? How do I rep? Why would I rep? How many reps do I get? When do I get reps? What is the value of my reps? - - - You get the point.

With that being said, I asked our wonderful Moderator Slayers750 for his help and input. I thought I would give a real quick brief tutorial on reps for all of the newbies and it might answer a few questions for the old timers as well!

What is a rep? Why would I rep?
A rep aka “Reputation Point” is a way to say “thank you” or “I appreciate you” to a fellow peep on SD. You may have read a post that was helpful; Or that person alerted you to a deal or a coupon that you were not aware of or answered a question for you.

How do I rep?
To give a peep a rep, you click on the little colored square that is to the left of their post next to their Reputation number. A pop up box will appear and you can leave a comment in that box. Some people leave funny comments, some just say Thank You, and some say nothing at all. Most peeps do however say something!

How many reps do I get to give? Are they unlimited?
No, they are not unlimited. However, how many peeps you get to rep in a day is a mystery. Perhaps it is one of the great SD secrets!!. It appears you get to rep 10 peeps in a 24 hour cycle. There are some limitations as to how often you can rep the same person. No need to figure that out as the SD system will let you know if you can rep a peep again or if it has been too soon. Sometimes those reps go fast and you wish you had more that day and other days they seem always available.

You get the privilege to rep right after you become a SD member. BUT, your reps do not “count” until you have 50 posts accumulated. I assume this is to stop people from creating accounts just to rep themselves. Your “newbie” reputation points do show up in the user’s rep box, so they can read your comments, but they do not count towards their Reputation Total. When the box is green they count. When the box is purple, they are below the 50 post count.

When do I get reps?
Each peep starts out with the token 10 rep points. Your fellow peeps “rep” you when you offer something useful, helpful, funny, etc. on the thread. The more senior the SD member, the more the reps will count towards your total.

What is the value of my reps?
Each peep starts out with their reps counting as “1” rep point.

*You get an additional rep point for every calendar year you are a SD member.
*You get an additional rep point once you get to 500 posts.
*You get an additional rep point once you make 1,000 posts.
*You get an additional rep point once you make 10,000 posts.

The maximum number of rep point value you can have is “4”. It will not increase despite new plateaus they reach. You can not determine how many rep points you want to assign to a person. When you “rep” a peep, the computer will decide for you based on your status and longevity.

How do I know who repped me?
You can view the last 5 people who “repped” you and their comments by clicking the “User CP” button in the tool bar on the upper left hand corner of your screen. If you want to view all of the reps you have given and received go to “Quick Links” in the black tool bar – Then “Your Profile”. Scroll down to the third section and you will see a tab to the right of “Deals I Like” that says “Reps” and “Reps Given”. You can view everything here. Only you can see your own rep points. This information is not available to other peeps.

What is “being bold”?
When you get 100 rep points you “go bold”. The advantage of “being bold” means that your Private Messaging storage increases.

I tried to rep but it won’t let me?
You can’t rep a peep for a post that is over 30 days old or in a retired thread. The SD system will not allow this.

I wanted to rep a peep yet they don’t have a rep box. Why?
Each peep has the option to “turn off” their ability to receive reps.

Any other rep info?
Not all forums allow reps to be given. Just some forums. Also, SD generally prohibits or discourages asking for reps for oneself. Rep trading is not allowed.
