San Francisco Tales of the City Sweepstakes ~ 18+ ~ 4/18/11

San Francisco Tales of the City Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 and older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 18, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on April 18, 2011.

Limit: One online entry per person or e-mail address per week.

Prize & Approximate Retail Value(s) (“ARV”): The prize is to be awarded to one (1) entrant and consists of :
• Roundtrip airfare for two to San Francisco
• Two nights at a Kimpton Hotel in San Francisco
• $100 gift certificate to Garcon French Restaurant in San Francisco
• $50 American Express® Gift Card
• Two VIP tickets to Tales of The City (May 18-July 10)
• Hosted drinks at intermission
• A signed cast poster
• A private backstage tour of the theater (timing subject to the discretion of the theater management).

Maximum ARV of prize: $2450.00. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Unless specified herein, all meals excluding restaurant gift certificate of prize, ground transportation, hotel incidentals, gratuities, fees, taxes or any other charges are not included in Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must travel over dates specified above to receive all elements of prize, and on same itinerary. Hotel offer based on availability, some conditions and restrictions apply. Hotel offer expires one year from contest. If the Event is canceled, postponed or has occurred prior to winner clearance, the Sponsor is under no obligation to winner other than to supply all elements of the prize minus the Event and Tour tickets. In that event, travel must be completed by December 31, 2011. Blackout periods and certain restrictions may apply. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by 4/20/2011 by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner shall be notified by telephone and/or email. Prize awarded within fifteen (15) days after winner confirmation. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these official rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s’ name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
