LinenSource’s $1000 Shopping Spree! Sweepstakes starts March 28, 2011, at 12:00AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends April 30, 2011 at 11:59PM ET.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN, YOU MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER ON DATE OF ENTRY.
This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

There are two ways to enter, online at the LinenSource website or via the Official LinenSource “page” on Facebook.com.
To enter at LinenSource: During the Sweepstakes Period go to http://www.linensource.com and follow the instructions to access the online entry form and enter the Sweepstakes.
To enter via LinenSource on Facebook: Go to http://www.facebook.com/LinenSour...8134323652 to access the entry form to enter the Sweepstakes.
Regardless of method of entry, you must complete and submit the entry form as instructed. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Limit: one (1) entry per person. Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or Sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked.

One (1) Grand Prize: A $1000 LinenSource’s Shopping Spree, awarded as a LinenSource Gift Certificate.

A random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted on or about May 13, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or U.S. Mail at the email and/or street address provided at time of entry, within two (2) business days of prize drawing. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Potential winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release for receipt by Sponsor by the due date indicated in the notification letter. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, then prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner is an eligible minor in their state of residence, the applicable Sweepstakes prize may be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign and return all Sweepstakes prize acceptance documents and assume all responsibilities of the Sweepstakes prize winner.
