Great,
Now I've got an email saying that they have canceled the one real item on my order "due to being out of stock". However it was in stock when i ordered and it still shows as in stock. Looks like I just got screwed, probably. ___________________________________

My order is shipped with 4 items canceled and I'll be receiving partial refunds on OOS items. Since NFL Shop is using Amazon to send communication emails, we are all getting the standard your order is shipped email. Then seller (NFL Shop) has to go back in the order and mark which item is OOS and Amazon sends out an update email.

I got 4 orders in before the code expired, the first one is listed as shipped on amazon, and I got confirmation emails from them with tracking numbers for the one order. The other 3 orders are still listed as 'shipping soon'. No issues with anything being removed from the orders as oos or discounts / prices being changed after the fact. I didn't have any of the $4.97 plush dolls in any of my orders.

I orderd like 25 things (that I didn't really need, but figured would make for some cheap gifts) yesterday morning. Total came out to like $29 (plus I got charged tax on something?) and my order imedidately switched to:
"This portion of your order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled or changed." I paid with an Amazon giftcard. I got an email confirmation with the correct discount applied. Still no shipping confirmation or cancellation notice... |

Most importantly, they calculated the refund only on the item costs. Even though the shipping went up a little with each item added to the cart, they did not refund any of the shipping! |

I also had the same issue with the shipping costs, which on my order was almost 30 bucks. I contacted them and they said that they would process a refund on the shipping as well, but it would take a couple of days to show up. |

I just got another shipping confirmation email. That makes 2 of 4 orders shipped. So far, it doesn't look like anything was deleted from my orders, and the amounts charged are correct. I'll believe it when the stuff actually shows up, but for now, I'm looking forward to swimming in a giant pile of NFL crap.
The only dowsnide of this deal is I'm an Eagles fan, and they didn't have any good Eagles stuff. They had lots of NY Giants stuff, but even for as cheap as it was, I just don't want any Giants crap. I guess that's the price I pay for being a fan of a team that doesn't stink, and hasn't stunk in a long time - none of their stuff is in the clearance section. |
