The $10 comes off the entire order - I added a few items I wanted and decided I would add this plush toy for my youngest ($4.97 each). My total came down, so I added another and my total came out to shipping of $5.97 for everything (was $13.98). I doubt this will last long:

Holy loads of crap Batman! I got 3 orders in, lots of kid size shirts and beach shoes, 39 items, just under $400 pre-discount, just under $29 shipped after discounts and tax!
If you have any problems trying to figure out why the total is high at the end even after applying the discount code, check your order for fogdog stuff - once I deleted those items, everything was free (all items were under $10 before applying the discount code) except for shipping. Also, some items showed 9.99 + 4.99 shipping, but the shipping was much less than that at the end, so don't let that $4.99 shipping scare you off.

I actually bought a bunch of stuff that wasn't $10 or free. Still, 17 items for $77 is great for me. Thanks OP!
