I didn't order a Touchpad, but apparently they were available thru bn.com that the company says was thru a 3rd party seller with minimal inventory (although most SDers didn't want to hear such things), so when I entered the fray to offer my opinions I got torched pretty quick.

As for the coupon, I actually foretold that in this very thread here. My hope is something like this will open them up for another Groupon-type deal since they can now issue it as a unique coupon rather than a gift card (and avoid the "misuse" that happened the first time). While that would not enough to make SDers go crazy, it could still make a good small time deal.

I'd definitely like to have another Groupon run. bn.com prices on many items that I'm interested in are a bit lower than Amazon even after tax in some cases. I wouldn't mind if I can't do multiple Groupons -would be great, though- since small time deals are fine for my wish list items. Oh, I also stayed the hell away from ANY HP TouchPad deals/threads. Those are like black holes

No kidding! Just to make it more interesting, I actually placed my order with the first 50% off coupon back in January!

Argix Direct is awful for tracking information, but I got my set on 9/20 after it shipped on 9/16.
