I'm guessing that cases/covers would end up blocking the cameras. Also, the thinner iPad2 wouldn't fit as well.

I would assume accessories like stands, cables and docks would work on both.

it depends on what you want. obviously the rubber cases for the first ipad would be too thick to get a tight fit but I don't see why you couldn't order the cinema headrest since the ipad two is smaller.
