You can call CS and explain the problem

I have not heard any reports besides the one person about these working, so I think it's safe to say that they don't count towards the deal at all.

Well, it's safe to say it's probably not tracking but my chat with CS quoted above she says it is supposed to be part of the deal, though it's odd should first came back and said it's not. I'm just not going to buy anymore unless I get confirmation that it's been fixed later in the month.

Has anyone gotten a second $5+Up on the allergy items WYB $25? I bought around $35 worth today, and it has tracking on the receipt for the $10 overage. The offer says limit one, so why would it have tracking towards a second one?

All of the limit 1 deals are tracking like that... it shows the overage on the purchase you get the +UP, but next time you buy something the tracking won't show on the receipt.

These Biore value packs are tagged as $9.99 shelf, but ringing up as $2.49.

They do not count towards the Skin+Hair UP.
