15-20% off and free shipping ($35 min) at petcarerx.com (which already has some of the lowest prices I have found)

So there is a bit of a trick to this, but it should work any time you want to place an order. There is no time frame or expiration.

The first thing you need to do is go to the details page of any item on the site. Scroll down and look on the right for the live chat box. As long as they are currently online the deal will work. Right now they are offline so I cannot check if you must have items already in your cart--you may need to already have an item in your cart--it would probably be beneficial to just add all the items you want to your cart before doing this. But from the same details page, type in a new web address (any will work) and hit enter. A pop-up will say "a representative would like to speak with you". Click the boxes to go to the chat. An automated response will offer you a 15% discount on anything as well as free shipping if you spend $35. On occasion they will offer 20% (you should be able to just keep trying to leave the page until they offer 20% off).

Sorry for the lack of details, but wanted to post this for anyone thinking about doing the thepaws.com free shipping deal. The prices on petcarerx.com are already cheaper than thepaws.com (Extra-large Kong Stuff-a-ball is 15.38 on thepaws.com and 12.99 on petcarerx.com--it totals to a difference of 4.34 if you get the free shipping, which is a pretty large difference for an item that doesn't cost that much to begin with. If you can wait until the chat is available (may not be until tomorrow) it can be a much better deal for you.

Edit: NOT VALID ON PET FOOD. Sorry about that. Thought I ordered food last time but it was meds. No other stipulations.

Edit 2: It seems like you do need at least one item in your cart. Then follow the same directions as above from any items details page where it says on the right said live chat is available.

Edit 3: I did order food last time and still received the shipping discount. Their terms say not valid on food, but it may work for you as it did work for me--just tested it by adding food to the cart after following the above directions and it still shows no shipping for food. Their food prices are already quite cheap, plus 15% (or 20%) off and free shipping is really nice.

Please don't TD or TC without actually trying the process and making sure to do it correctly. In the end, I don't care about my reps or whatever, but don't make people this it is a bad deal because it is too confusing for you. This is a great way to get pet supplies (and apparently food) at a great price. Orders also arrive rather quickly and when I did have a problem, their customer service was easy to contact and very helpful.
