Sanrio.Com Shopping Spree Sweepstakes 18+ ~ 5/10/11

This Sweepstakes is open to current residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam and any other U.S. territories or possessions or military installations.

The Sanrio Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) on April 6, 2011 and ends on May 10, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (Pacific Time).

During the Sweepstakes Period, Sanrio, Inc. will conduct five (5) weekly sweepstakes. As set forth in the table below, each Weekly Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on the Wednesday of each week and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the following Tuesday.

During the Sweepstakes Period you may enter online by visiting www.Sanrio.com and following the link to the Sweepstakes page http://www.sanrio.com/sweepstakes. Complete your online entry form by providing all required information and submit your entry according to the instructions on the screen. Valid entries will be included in each Weekly Sweepstakes remaining after the entry is submitted. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Sanrio.com. You may opt out from receiving such communications at any time.

LIMIT: Only one entry per natural person (regardless of email address used) for the Sweepstakes.

Prizes. The prize for each Weekly Sweepstakes will be two (2) $100 shopping spree in the Sanrio.com online store.

Total value of all Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $1,000 (10 times $100). Prize must be redeemed all at once, in a single transaction, and no later than May 31, 2011. Prize redemption and purchases are subject to Sanrio.com Terms of Service and store policies, including shipping policies. Winner is responsible for any other costs incurred beyond the value of the Prize.

Two (2) potential winners will be determined by random drawing each week during the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received up to the date of each random drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winner(s) will be notified on or about the particular Drawing Date by an email sent to the email address specified at the time of entry. If the potential winner does not respond within 14 days of the date of the prize notification, fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, is ineligible for the prize, or refuses to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly choose an alternate potential winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry online, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account for the email address provided to Sponsor is registered. Potential winner may be required to provide a driver's license and/or other evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize. Winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release in the form provided by Sponsor, within fourteen days of attempted notification in order to claim prize. An entrant is not a winner unless and until the entrant's eligibility and has been verified and entrant has complied with all Sweepstakes requirements. Prizes will be awarded. LIMIT: ONE (1) PRIZE PER ENTRANT OR HOUSEHOLD.
