how do you sort based on description? actually how to sort on any field?

Either way sounds good. What I did with printables was just put everything in the description, not check the BOGO.

Keeping in mind that putting Expiry date would not be common for every coupon, what is the best way to not miss removal of coupon. any suggestion on number of category?

I'm not sure that I understand your question... The database requires you to input an expiration date. After the expiration date passes, the coupon will still be in the database, but it will not show up unless you change the field from "hide expired" to "show all". So, no further action is needed to remove the coupon. Expired coupons are meant to stay in the database forever.

It is an odd situation for printable coupons because the expiration dates are usually rolling (based on the date printed) and we never know when the link to the coupon will expire (no more prints). When entering the coupon, as the OP, you can decide which date to use. noungning uses 02/06/2106 for this scenario. So the coupon entry in the dB is there for quite a while. You won't know when the coupon is actually gone/expired until you try to print it.

So, since it could potentially be very time consuming for one to keep checking on all of the IPs that one input, hopefully we can rely on our fellow SDers to let us know when coupons we entered are now dead. I suppose the method would depend on the OP's preference (i.e.: edit coupon, send PM, post here on this forum).

Unless it is a coupon I entered, I don't like to change it. In the past, I have just contacted the OP and told them that there were no more prints for the coupon, and let them decide how to edit the coupon (since there was a chance that more prints would be available soon).

What do you mean by "number of category"? Can you give us an example?

I found a hang tag with 2 coupons that should make for cheap or free products. I spent a minute or so looking for how to add it to the coupon database and then gave up. If someone else would be so kind...

I thought I used this database before and found it very effective, but tried earlier tonight and came up empty. I even looked for non-expired Smart Source and Red Plum coupons that I know exist but couldn't find them. Maybe there's a newer database elsewhere?

I've been looking for a sonicare coupon for the electric toothbrush head. I have one of these from when I got braces, but the head is getting pretty funky at this point. Had no idea that these were so expensive. I can't seem to locate a Q in here or the DB. When googling it, I come accross some pretty shifty looking sites, but nothing that looks too legit.

Are these coupons pretty rare and I should just hit the bay or the river?
