Best Bang for Your Buck Sennheiser? (Or Just Earphones in General)

Brokenbuyer 323 63 April 20, 2011 at 04:37 PM
Wanted to get headphones, but realized I wouldn't prefer them as much as more portable earphones.

Heard very nice things about Sennheiser and the value you get for the price. Just wondering which earphone model exactly is a good "bang for my buck"?

Mic's are a plus. (Like the Apple Earphones).
Thanks!

i got this and love it. no mic though.

i thought about getting this too, but i use the mic on my webcam which is better than being wired up.

i have a friend with the HD 600 (500 dollar cans) and they are super nice. they are a little more comfortable than the 515 but the sound isn't worth and extra 400 bucks.

Best Bang for the Buck requires a budget number. We also need to know the purpose of these and what style your looking for. For example I want listen to techno music and game has a different requirement than I want to listen to classical opera and talk on skype. Also what style are you looking at? In ear earbuds, open style cans (quite environment where people are not around), closed cans (louder environment or people around like in an office)

I personally own the Sennheiser HD650 and HD555, both of which are connected to a Behringer MicroAmp HA400 and love them. The sound quality is absolutely amazing and beats everything else I've had and tried.

Gonna be traveling a lot with these. Just want something like in-ear earbuds.
Headphones don't seem to be my thing (at least for now) and not as versatile for traveling, school, etc.

Like these- generally about this price range <$60
