If any of you got the sample of Crystal Light Pure Fitness from Vocalpoint this past week, there are 3 - $2 off Qs in the container. NH has them on sale for 2/$4 this week, so they are free. Only 7 sticks in a box, but they are free and DH and I like them for adding to our water when we work out.

Someone also posted on safeway thread that they are on sale for $1.99 there too. Also, I saw them for $1.97 at one target, then at another target it was $2.54. Hope this helps someone if they don't have NH close to them.

OT - that container from Vocal point was so cute too. I like to save stuff like that but then never end up using it. I couldn't throw it away just yet, trying to find another use for it.

CA laws:

Does anybody know if there are state laws that regulate what the store is required to do or is it up to policy at each store when an item rings up at higher price than shelf tag (what if the shelf tag was from last weeks sale and just never got taken down?)


The manager at Wags refunded me the difference, but was a total jerk about it, making me feel like I was inconveniencing him when in fact it took me over 10 minutes of my time to help figure out why it didn't ring up correctly. gggrrrrr!

I think it's a store policy. I know at safeway if it rings up higher, you get $5. I've reported items ringing up higher than shelf price at Wags to Attorney General before but I never got an update on my complaint.

They were $1.97 at my Target but I think that was considered a "price cut".

OT as well - I liked that container too! I ended up keeping the bottom part. I am storing all my crystal lights in it in a cupboard. The lid was too hard to get on and off so just kept the bottom part. Cute!

I saw these at safeway in norcal for $2.50. Maybe it's the higher CA prices. Good thing i got them at target when I saw them, even though they didn't have the kiwi strawberry flavor i wanted. Bird in the hand.

OT - Good idea about the container! I'm going to put all my CL's in there now!

File a complaint to your County Weight and Measures Dept. If there's a pattern, they should bring some sort of action against the store. I've heard the Santa Clara county dept take these complaints seriously.

Love Fage - one of the best food inventions ever! Such a hefty price tag - $1.99 for one small container at Safeway and Whole Foods. Have you found it any cheaper?
