Moen Go Green Giveaway ~18+ ~ 5/15/11 (Facebook)

Eligibility: Moen Go Green Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (at least 19 if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska; at least 21 if a resident of Mississippi).

The Sweepstakes begins on April 18, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 15, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, and consists of four (4) Weekly First Prize drawings, and one (1) final Grand Prize Drawing to be conducted on or around the dates set forth in the chart below.

During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Promotion through the Sweepstakes tab at http://www.facebook.com/moen?sk=a...0126976311. Click on the "like" button and follow the directions to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $2,000 worth of Moen products of Sponsor’s choice (full details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.

FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) Moen Envi showerhead (model 6350). ARV: $300 per prize.

Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes: $3,200.
Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes prize per person per household.

Administrator will select the potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing conducted on or around May 16, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period (excluding those entries previously selected as First Prize winners). Administrator will select each of the four (4) potential First Prize winners in separate random drawings conducted on or around the drawing dates listed above. Each First Prize Drawing will include all eligible entries received through the date immediately preceding the indicated drawing date (excluding those entries previously selected as First Prize winners). (Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent drawings. The potential winners will be notified by email or phone. Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which must be received by Administrator within ten (10) days of the date the Affidavit is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or is deemed ineligible to receive a prize for any reason, the potential winner will be disqualified and his/her prize will be forfeited. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) such alternate drawings will be held per prize, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and the verification of all winners.
