Thread Details

This isn't a crazy hot deal, especially on a phone thats been out around 8 months or so, but $50 off is always good in my book for Apple devices.

This is factory refurbished from VZW, with new casing (they say zero scratches, so I assume thats what they mean), comes with the same 1 yr warranty.

Thats a link to the CPO program splash page, you have to input your zip to get the actual phone pricing.

iPhone 4 16GB $149.99
iPhone 4 32GB $249.99

Since this isn't available at Apple.com I assume these are refurbished through Verizon themselves. Here's a little video about the VZW refurb process [verizonwireless.com].

Enjoy!

Lol. I'm sorry but that is quite pathetic to me...Apple has a special way of making people deem things cheap. Old and refurbished but look its $50 off!!1! shake head.

Should be free..
Don't you still have to pay $150/month with a 2-year contract?

$150 a month? No, it's not nearly that much.

But anyways, now is possibly the worst time to buy an Apple iPhone 4 and get stuck with it for two years. The Apple iPhone 5 should be coming out by the end of the year and will probably have a much faster processor.

Facepalm

I realize that. Please read my original post. There are five to six months from June/July to "the end of the year".

Okay, $120 a month plus tax.

Right, that's MUCH less.

I think it's funny that they call it "Certified Pre-Owned", what are they saying? "Oh yes, we're SURE that the phone has been owned by someone else before you." lol

...$120
for unlimited talk, text, data

So, you're going to pay $70/month
and 20 cents per text?
and 450 minutes of talk?

after 500 texts, you got a $170 bill.

I think he meant to say 68 with some discount.
I pay 68(77 after tax) for unlimited everything except air time. 450 with unlimited any mobile (including non verizon).

This is after corporate discount.

Who the hell buys unlimited talk and text when you already have unlimited data? Talk about a waste of money.

$69 plus taxes covers 450 minutes of talk and unlimited data. Use a free messaging app for texts if you want. And if you talk more than 450 minutes a month during Verizon's peak hours (they have lots of free hours), you're doing it wrong.

Who needs unlimited everything? I understand if its a business phone but then business pays for that. so what seems to be the problem? No one needs unlimited everything plan.
