SmartTech Line! validity

Hello! I'm looking to buy an iTouch and I came across this website that sells it for lower than normal. Since this is an apple product, usually places that claim that they can sell a brand new, original packaging apple product at a lower price are fake, but I would like to know what the communities thinks of this website.

I called and left a message on Friday...did not get a return call. I left another one today. I googled the address and it comes up as an automotive place, which I called. They were nice and said follow your gutt! If it sounds too good to be true, I guess it is! I had high hopes...will continue searching!

How did that work out did you buy it? My son found this too and wanted to purchase one but they want a western union wired to them before delivery, sounds a little scary.

Apple does not sell to wholesalers who will undercut Apple store prices, ever. If it's selling at a site you've never heard of at a price much lower than you can find it anywhere else, it's a scam, every time. As a general rule, you can get cheaper prices on Apple stuff by buying used, refurbished, or a prior model. Oh and students get about a 5% discount.
