Stuff like this always screws with coupons. When I transfer a prescription I get $25 put on my card. The first problem is that I can't access the money on the self scan machines and have to go through a regular line. It will let them scan coupons but won't let them access the $25 after coupons have been scanned. The money can only be accessed by the machine if no coupons are used. And this has been going on for years. I can't believe they haven't corrected the problem.
I've had the prompt at the SCO here, so I don't know if it's regional or store-by-store in that instance.

There is a way the regular cashiers can do the coupons + RX transfers, as several of my cashiers will do it without a problem. I do have to tell them up-front that I want to also use coupons first. Most cashiers don't know how to do it, so a lot of times I will just buy a couple of items plus a $25 kroger gift card in the first transaction, then use the gc to pay for the 2nd transaction.

The boathouse juices/smoothies are still on B1G1 here also and also noticed that the smaller Odwalla ones are also B1G1 ((reg. $2.59 each).

We didn't get it but there is this q in today's inserts:

$.55/1 Odwalla Beverage, any 12 oz or larger - 01-06-13 SS expires 2/28/13

I can't pop balloons in google chrome. When I use Firefox or Internet explorer, it works.

Basically what I put:

Campbell's Kettle Soup
Buy 2 & get $1 OYNO thru 1/26.

They are 2.50 here; buy 2 at $2.50 = $5
Use 2 - $1/1 printables
= Pay $3, earn back $1
Final Price: $1 ea.

A far better deal than the $2.96 ea. I saw at WM today. I see so many promoting that as a "HOT" buy... I have never thought paying more than $1 for soup was a hot deal. But perhaps to other areas of the country $3 is the going price.

Same here, today was the second time that I got the problem...other days were fine. But if you just access the site via incognito mode, it'll work just fine in Chrome.

Thanks for the advice. It won't let me rep you again. I guess they just don't know what they're doing at my store.

For those of you having trouble with the game just try going back later. The days there are problems I don't win anything so those things are somehow related. All other times I have won at least $1.

Getting the gift card is probably a better option so you don't have to keep telling them, but this is what I do.
When I get up to the register I keep one non-coupon, non-mega item unscanned (even 1 banana) Basically tell them you don't want it rung up with your groceries YET. Then hand over all your coupons and after that, let them scan that last item and it will prompt them again for the rx rewards.
If you don't have anything that doesn't have a coupon. make them scan a readers digest then void it and they will get the prompt that way too

There was an e-coupon on Ralphs/Kroger's website. Might still be there now.
