Sony Bravia 55 Inch LCD TV 55EX500 - $862 Target B&M YMMV

Just bought a brand new 55EX500 at the local Target. It was on clearance for $1229 and had a 30% flyer in front of it.

I was initially told that the 30% was already applied in the clearance price but after a nice chat with the manager I left with the TV for $861.99.

TV is sealed brand new and not a display.

I bought it at the Target in Greenbelt, Maryland. They had 2 more in stock.

They only had the display left and offered me 10% off. Should I do it? It was $1,229 meaning I would walk out the door with it for $1,172 after tax. Should I be concerned that it is a display?
