Saw this in today's flyer and was going to price match (+10%) at Home Depot. Home Depot has adjusted their prices accordingly as well though. The 22' folding ladder is $149 at home depot right now. That paired with a 10% movers coupon puts it in good deal territory Smilie

You should check Home Depot out before you buy. Lowes sale price for the 22' is higher than HD's regular price of $149. PLus you can get the HD 10% off coupons in 30 seconds via the web.

I know this because I just bought this ladder this weekend and did my research. Good luck.

If you need a ladder to reach the second story of your house to clean out your gutters, get a 28' type 1 extension ladder. None of these IMO are safe enough for that type of work.

Can you please tell me how to get HD 10% off coupon (or Lowes). Getting ready to buy first home, and have tons of things that we need to buy.

This 10% coupon, is it single-use or can be used multiple times?

Thanks - Lowe's is selling the 28' type 1 for $299. Is that a good price?

Here is the Home Depot one.

For Lowe's you have to go to the Post Office and ask for them from behind the counter.

Not sure what sale this is, I just bought the 22' Werner ladder you are showing at Lowes 3 weeks ago for $149, Home Depot also has this ladder for $149 regularly.

Seems high, but I haven't priced them in years. I do commercial roof estimating, so I'm up and down ladders all the time. Love my little 13' adjustable for home. Anything bigger and they're just too heavy. Extension is the way to go outside over 10' off the ground IMO.

Maybe you can help me, I ordered the 13' multi position and am now torn about whether it'll do what I need. I mostly want it for using around a small 1 story home, clean gutters etc. With the sway in the measurement (13' not really being 13') will that one get the job done, or should I look at getting the 17'?

My 13' reaches just about all my gutters on the first story, but it's very close to being too short at my front porch. Measure from the grass to the gutter at a usable angle. If you have a foot to spare, you're fine with the 13'. If not, get the 17'. Just keep in mind the 17' is super heavy (as is the 13').

We haven't moved into the house yet, but I think this will do ok for me. I just don't want to pay another $60 for the 17', if I only use 13' of it, lol. Thanks for your help!
