I received this card last go around, thank you. I remember seeing the $$ promotion while signing - but I called customer svc after receiving the card just in case - and they said I had no such promotion. I then said I wanted to cancel my card, and they (of course) put me through to the final salesperson. I told him flat out why, but he "checked" and said I was indeed entitled to the promotion - and that the CSR made a mistake. The point is that they may be trying to renege (sometimes), so make sure. Go for it!
